Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Glen Ray’s Corn Maze and The Field of Fright. By entering our property or participating in any activities, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticketing & Admission

  • All tickets are non-refundable.
  • Admission is valid only for the date listed on the ticket.
  • Lost, stolen, or altered tickets will not be replaced.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or revoke admission to any guest who does not follow these terms or our posted rules.

2. Safety & Behavior

  • Please follow all posted signs and staff instructions.
  • Running, pushing, or unsafe behavior is not permitted.
  • Guests acting disruptively or inappropriately (including intoxication) may be removed without refund.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

3. Haunted Attraction Warning (Field of Fright)

  • The Field of Fright includes fog, strobe lights, loud noises, jump scares, and uneven terrain.
  • Not recommended for young children, individuals with heart conditions, epilepsy, severe anxiety, or during pregnancy.
  • No touching of actors or props. Our actors will not touch guests.
  • Violations may result in removal without refund.

4. Agritourism Liability Warning (Utah Law)

WARNING: UNDER UTAH LAW, AN OPERATOR OF AN AGRITOURISM ACTIVITY OR THE PROPERTY WHERE THE ACTIVITY TAKES PLACE IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY OF A PARTICIPANT THAT PRIMARILY RESULTS FROM THE INHERENT RISKS OF THE ACTIVITY OR A PARTICIPANT’S FAILURE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS OR EXERCISE REASONABLE CAUTION. YOU ARE ASSUMING THE RISK OF PARTICIPATING IN OR OBSERVING AN AGRITOURISM ACTIVITY.

5. General Liability Waiver

By visiting Glen Ray’s Corn Maze or The Field of Fright, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with farm and haunted attraction activities. Glen Ray’s and its affiliates are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, allergic reactions, or lost/damaged personal property.

You agree to release and hold harmless Glen Ray’s Corn Maze, The Field of Fright, its owners, staff, and partners. WARNING: The Field of Fright and Glen Ray’s Corn Maze in general, will have areas of low lighting and uneven ground. Guests with respiratory sensitivities, back issues, who may be pregnant, have a history of seizures or epilepsy are advised not to participate. If you suspect your health could be at risk for any reason, or you could aggravate a pre-existing condition of any kind, DO NOT PARTICIPATE!

6. Weather Policy

We are an outdoor venue and operate in most weather conditions. In cases of dangerous weather, we may delay or cancel events. Tickets remain non-refundable, but rescheduling may be possible at our discretion.

7. Photography & Media

  • By entering the property, you grant permission to be photographed or recorded for promotional use.
  • Personal photography is welcome. Professional photo/video shoots require prior approval.
  • No disruptive filming inside The Field of Fright.

8. Farm Policies

  • No outside food, alcohol, or pets (except service animals).
  • Smoking/vaping are not allowed on the premises.
  • Please respect our animals, crops, and equipment.

9. Group & Private Events

Group reservations and private events may have additional terms outlined in your event agreement. Cancellations/reschedules must follow those policies.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
